Black Crappie

Fair-Good

up to 1.0 lbs

Tube jigs and/or minnows moving shallow trying to spawn, creek at the south end continues to produce some nice fish.

Bluegill

Fair

up to 0.4 lbs

Small hunk of worm or spinner under a bobber around the shallow brush and weed edges.

Channel Catfish

Fair

up to 6 lbs

Get out those shad side and guts, fish around the fish feeder.

Largemouth Bass

Fair

up to 3 lbs.

Plastics and small spinner baits worked slow and shallow. Fish will move into the warmer water on those sunny days. Be on the lookout for spawning beds.

Walleye

Fair

up to 4.0 lbs.

Crank baits and twisters off of the points either side of the pump house cove.

Wiper

Fair

up to 5.0 lbs.

Crank baits, large twisters or shad at the mouth of the cove on the east side.

General Comments

Lake has come up some however water is down several feet becareful out there! Larger boats may have to use the gravel ramp at the south end.

Stocked 200,000 walleye fry a few weeks ago, will be a couple of years before they are eating size!
