2012 Dove Season Results:
Hunters enjoyed good success on the dove fields in early September. A total of 197 hunters harvested 1305 doves throughout the first 9 days of the season! Three wheat fields totaling 44 acres were drilled in October and will be utilized as dove fields for the 2013 season. In addition, 3 sunflower fields will be planted in close proximity to these wheat fields to help attract doves. Hopefully hunters can enjoy another good dove season on the Tuttle Creek Wildlife Area in 2013!!!
