With cooler water, fish for sunfish around structures and weed lines. It is best to use worms or small jigs this time of year.

Channel Catfish

Good

3/4lb plus

In the cooler weather months, channel cat can be caught on a variety of baits such as; liver, stinkbait, and shrimp. Also, fishing with shad sides or small, whole shad has proven to be very productive.

General Comments

This is a generic fishing report covering the upcoming fall and winter season. Regular weekly fishing reports will resume in March 2012.
