Largemouth Bass

Very Good

up to 6 lbs

Largemouth are abundant with all sizes present. Angling will be best near rock and brush on artificials.

Bluegill

Good

6 to 8 Inches

Look for bluegill around the rocks on the piers and around any brush in the water. Worms and small jigs are a good bait.

Channel Catfish

Fair

Small

Fair numbers of stocked channel catfish are available to anglers using typical catfish techniques.

Saugeye

Good

up to 24 inches

Saugeye numbers and sizes are good. Most will be caught on shad imitation baits, or jig and a worm.

Wiper

Fair

up to 20"

Wipers are not abundant, but some can be caught on shad imitation lures and topwater baits.

Crappie

Fair

up to 15"

Crappie numbers are down, but angling will be decent on jigs and minnows along the dam and near brush/rocks.
